We want your experience with Maison Chloé Tea Co. to feel effortless from beginning to end. Please review the following policies before booking your event.

Guest Count

Our tea parties are designed for intimate gatherings and can accommodate a variety of group sizes depending on your selected package.

  • Final guest count must be submitted 21 days prior to your event.

  • Guest additions requested after the final count deadline cannot be guaranteed.

  • Additional guests will be billed at the current per-person rate.

Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for securing their event location unless otherwise arranged.

Your venue should:

  • Be confirmed at least 21 days before your event

  • Provide adequate tables, chairs, and space for the selected package

  • Allow access 90 minutes prior to guest arrival for setup

  • Allow approximately 90 minutes after the event for cleanup and breakdown

Travel outside our standard service area may be subject to additional fees.

Event Design

Every Maison Chloé tea party is thoughtfully curated to reflect your chosen aesthetic.

  • Theme, color palette, florals, and décor selections must be finalized 21 days before your event.

  • Design changes requested after final approval may not be accommodated and may incur additional charges.

Menu Selection

Each tea experience includes a curated assortment of premium teas and seasonal refreshments.

  • Menu selections must be finalized 21 days before your event.

  • Once submitted, menu selections are considered final.

  • Changes cannot be guaranteed once food preparation has begun.

Dietary Accommodations

We're happy to accommodate many dietary preferences whenever possible.

  • Please provide all allergies and dietary restrictions when submitting your final menu selections.

  • While we take every reasonable precaution, Maison Chloé Tea Co. cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Rental Items

All china, glassware, serving pieces, linens, décor, and styling elements remain the property of Maison Chloé Tea Co.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all guests treat rental items with care throughout the event. The client assumes responsibility for any lost, damaged, or broken items. Replacement costs will be communicated following the event if necessary.

Payment Policy

To reserve your event date:

  • A 40% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

  • Events with unpaid balances after the due date may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The booking retainer is non-refundable.

Should you need to reschedule, we will gladly accommodate your request whenever possible based on our availability. Rescheduled events are not guaranteed and are subject to scheduling availability.

Photography

Maison Chloé Tea Co. may photograph or film portions of your event for use on our website, portfolio, and social media.

If you or any of your guests prefer not to appear in photographs or video, please notify us before your event so we can make every reasonable accommodation.

Liability

By booking with Maison Chloé Tea Co., clients acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume responsibility for themselves and their guests.

Maison Chloé Tea Co. is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or accidents

  • Allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies

  • Damage to guests' personal belongings

  • Incidents caused by the venue or third parties

  • Delays or cancellations due to severe weather, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control

Typical Event Timeline

While every tea party is thoughtfully customized, most Maison Chloé experiences follow a similar schedule:

90 Minutes Before Guest Arrival
Our team arrives to style the tablescape, arrange décor, prepare tea service, and complete all finishing touches.

Guest Arrival
Guests are welcomed into the beautifully curated space and invited to settle in.

Welcome & Photo Opportunities (30–45 minutes)
Enjoy mingling, taking photos, and admiring the elegant tablescape before tea service begins.

Afternoon Tea Service (Approximately 2 hours)
Relax and enjoy a multi-course afternoon tea featuring premium loose-leaf teas, savory bites, pastries, and desserts.

Optional Activities & Celebration Time (30–60 minutes)
Depending on your event, this may include games, conversation, gift opening, speeches, or other planned activities.

Event Concludes
Guests depart while our team begins cleanup.

90 Minutes After the Event
Maison Chloé Tea Co. handles the complete breakdown, packing, and removal of all rental items, leaving your venue just as we found it.
